A Month of Thankfulness: Day Twenty Two - The Rain

I am thankful for the rain.  I am thankful for the variety of rainfall that I get to see in Portland.  I am thankful for light mists and for heavy downpours.  I am thankful for the sound of rain against the roof.  I am thankful for the chance to watch the rain fall outside of the window.  I am thankful for the green that comes after the rain.  I am thankful for the clean, fresh scent of rain in the air.
