A Month of Thankfulness: Day Twenty Six - Turkey

I am thankful for Turkey.  I am thankful for the smell of turkey roasting that permeates the house.  I am thankful for the family gathering around the cooked turkey.  I am thankful for the scene of animals (two dogs and a cat) hovering around the turkey being carved.  I am thankful for the many meals of leftover turkey: hot and cold turkey sandwiches, turkey enchiladas, and other turkey meals.  I am thankful for turkey.
